Today while speaking on MANN Ki BAAT prime minister shri narendra modi announced about Lucky Grahak Yojana (LGY). Which will give incentive to the customers for using cash less transaction. The amount has been fixed for lucky grahak yojna. the minimum amount is Rs. 50 and maximum amount for this transaction should not be more than rs. 3000. Number of transaction has not been fixed means any person can perform as many as transactions as he wants and according to the reports this will increase the cash less trannsaction by more than 1000% in coming to three months. Along with lucky grahak yojna prime minister has also announced today about digi dhan vyapar yojna. a yojna which will give incentives to vyapari class people and its also same like lucky grahak yojna which has been introduced by our prime minister.

Lucky Grahak Yojana and Digi-dhan Vyapar Yojana Winners List 25th December 2016.
NITI Aayog today announced that people using  digital transactions will be eligible for daily and weekly prizes and for mega awards.   These awards that NITI Aayog announced are put under two different schemes. They are:
Lucky Grahak Yojana (LGY).
Digi-dhan Vyapar Yojana (DDV)
LGY is for consumers while the merchants will be covered under the ‘DDV Yojana’.

Some important facts about Lucky Grahak Yojana (LGY).

.LGY is applicable for consumers while DDV is applicable for Merchants. transactions limits for both the schemes has been fixed to minimum amount Rs. 50 to maximum Rs. 3000. Main attention has been given to middle class and small businessman people. scheme has been implemented by NPCI. schemes first draw date has been fixed on 25th december 2016. There will be a mega draw on 14th april 2016 birth date of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. Total prize money alloted for this scheme is Rs. 340 crores. there will be  INR 1,000 cashback every day to 15,000 consumers every day. INR 1 lakh, INR 10,000, INR 5,000 to 7,000 consumers per week. DHV Yojana 7,000 merchants Rs.  50,000, INR 5,000 and INR 2,500 for 7,000 merchants per week.

Both the schemes – are offering a mega draw that will take place on April 14, 2017. The highlights of the mega draw are given below:

What types of transactions will be considered for these schemes?
According to NITI Aayog, only transactions made through following modes will be eligible for these schemes:
UPI or Unified Payments Interface.
USSD payments.
AEPS or Aadhar Enabled Payment System.
RuPay Cards.
Transactions that will not be considered for these schemes are. Transactions made using private credit cards. Transactions made using eWallets of private companies like Paytm, Freecharge, MobiKwik etc.
